Exclamation lfs : problem in starting - cannot open root device sda2


hello
i have install lfs in Vmware
but i have this error :

vfs cannot open root device "sda2" or unknown block(0,0): error -6

Code:
# Begin /boot/grub/grub.cfg
set default=0
set timeout=5

insmod ext2
set root=(hd0,2)

menuentry "GNU/Linux, Linux 5.8.3-lfs-10.0" {
        linux   /boot/vmlinuz-5.8.3-lfs-10.0 root=/dev/sda2 ro
}

/dev/sda2      /            ext4    defaults            1     1

Try a reinstall

Grub counts from 0, hd0,2 = First HD, Third partition.
Try below:
