Go here http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/modemident.php and download the scanmodem tool. Read the instructions and run it. You'll be able to find the right drivers at that site, based on what this tells you.
The free driver is limited to 14.4kb with no fax. I highly recommend spending the $20 for the full driver, not only for better speed, but to support this product. It's not much, and it transfers from one machine to another, if you upgrade.

ONLY if it is a connexant winmodem. There are other brands.

Again - only for connexant winmodems. There are other modems with free and non-free drivers which are not similarly restricted.
A more useful suggestion, if you have a connexant modem, is to invest in an external modem instead (or a broadband connection). Second-hand external modems are usually available for less than US$20 in most countries, perform better, and can be used with your next computer as well (JIC). You also avoid the ethical issues facing you when you choose to use non-free software.
And - these days - many ISPs offer broadband deals which are similarly priced to dialup. There is usually a way.
So... just use the scanModem tool - it will give you a bunch of files to read, which will include instructions. Post the bit it tells you to if you get confused and I'll translate it for you.

Thank you very much, I have used scanmodem tool and they sent to me the driver and I installed it .
When I did [root@192 ~]# wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
I have got
Code:
[root@192 ~]# wvdialconf /etc/wvdial.conf
Editing `/etc/wvdial.conf'.

Looks like you identified your modem, but where's the step where you CONNECT to the internet? Have you run wvdial or kppp afterwards, and connected?
So it looks as a second step
What i have done is make modem connection by Network Manager and activate it , and that gone OK.
I thought that is what i have to do!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you and i'll run wvdail immediately

Well, yes. Wvdialconfig only configures the device(s)...you actually have to use them after getting them set up. Wvdial makes the connection, based on what wvdialconfig does (read the MAN pages). Kppp is a GUI based PPP dialer, which runs under KDE.
Unless you supply phone numbers, user ID's/passwords, none of this matters...your modem may be configured, but until you dial the number and log in, it won't work.
