HP DV2 1010 and Mandriva 2010.0 can't get suspend to ram

i use mandriva 2010.0 running on HP DV2 1010, every time i closed the lid, the system should be suspended on ram. but this one has gone freeze & i had to turn it off by pressing power button

It may work if you enter in console:

Code:

#echo mem > /sys/power/state

Then close lid and when you open lid it should awake.
