Yes, When the Grub splash screen is displayed press any key.
Highlight the Linux (Fedora) boot choice and press the 'e' key
Highlight the line that starts with something like 'kernel /vlinuz' and press the 'e' key again
At the end of the line add a space followed by nopcmcia
When done press the 'Enter' key followed by the 'b' key
Depending on your pcmcia controller you might want to disable the pcmcia service and/or edit the /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia and /etc/pcmcia/config.opts files.
