Question linux 2.6.18 SMP:BUG: spinlock wrong owner on CPU#0


Hello,
When using linux 2.6.18(CONFIG_SMP),I encounter the following problem:

2.6.18 is not a new kernel. Is there some reason you're running such an old one?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply!I think that thing that is enough is ok;and I don't need new features that are supported in new kernel version;

When I see the kernel complaining about kernel magic, it's usually because something has crept in from a later or earlier kernel. Could this bee the case?
