header confliction?

Hi,

how can i correct the correct the conflication between /sys/types.h and /linux/stat.h headers? for example in "dev_t" or "mode_t" ,...

i included 2 headers in above and errors are such:
....../sys/types.h:62 : error: conflicting types for 'dev_t'
....../sys/stat.h:13 : error: previous decleration of 'dev_t' was here
..
...

what must i do?

This is a known bug..and it is fixed in the latest version of many distributions. try to google out for that. others can help you regarding
it is neccessary to know what u are exactly compiling or ur motive behind this compilation.

hi,

yes that's right about that bug, first time that I compile program wrongly I guess that these ugly errors are because of my mistake in writing code, but when at second time I try it on kernel version 2.6.27 (try it before on 2.6.25 i think) the errors disappeared ! and problem was on ext2_fs.h file,
