Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/sda6

Hi,

I just created one new file system in my server and after booting am getting the error Like Bad magic number in super-block while trying to open /dev/sda6
i tried to repair the os using
dumpe2fs /dev/sda2 | grep superblock

fsck -b 32768 /dev/sda2

any other solution for this issue

Perhaps try the fsck on the filesystem reporting the error ?.

Why are you playing with sda2 when the complaint is about sda6?
