I recently installed Mandrake 9.2 on my computer but I have been unable to launch KDE because anytime I start the X system it sends data that is out of range for my monitor. I have run xf86config to set up my monitor and graphics card display options but monitor still will not display.
My Setup is as follows:
Monitor:
NEC MultiSync LCD1860nx optimum display is 1280x1024 at 60 Hz
Graphics Card:
Nvidia GeForce 4 TI4200 with 128 megs of ram
Board and Processor (not related but I'll include out of habit ;-)
DFI LanParty NFII ultra
AMD Athalon XP3000+
