Wacom Intuos Small Wired USB Graphics Tablet

Hello,
I'm using Fedora 33 and the Wacom graphics tablet seems to work out-of-the-box, except scrolling. I tried opening a web browser, pressing the button on the pen then scrolling up and down by moving the pen on the tablet. It doesn't work. However, if I issue these commands in the terminal, the scrolling starts working:

$ xsetwacom --set "Wacom Intuos S Pen stylus" Button 2 "pan"
$ xsetwacom --set "Wacom Intuos S Pen stylus" "PanScrollThreshold" 200

The problem is that atfer rebooting the computer, I need to issue the terminal commands again. It's quite frustrating. I was wondering if there is a better way to solve this issue.

I would be grateful for any suggestion. Thank you.

You could put these commands in an init script. If you don't want to fiddle around with X11 start scripts, then just your .bashrc is fine. It doesn't matter if these commands are run multiple times.
