USB-IDE added and then removed

When I turn on my external USB IDE-drive it goes up for some point,
we can see it with udevmonitor. Then it lasts for a while, and listed among other USB-devices, and then it removed spontaneous in 3-5 sec.
I can't use it, no /dev/sd*, no /dev/hd* created, I can't even to format the HDD in my USB-enclosure.

Here the udevmonitor reports:
udevmonitor prints the received event from the kernel [UEVENT]
and the event which udev sends out after rule processing [UDEV]

Ah, so, folks !
The problem was: the jumper of IDE-disk,
was set to Cable Select position.
But the USB-IDE converter works only
with the MASTER devices.
Just I have set it to MAster,
all troubles gone away.
