tv card saa7134 philips on ubuntu 9.10 how to make it work

i have buy a tv card on box of the tv card is saa7130 but on chihp on card is saa7134,how to configure it to make work.
when run tv time there is only black screen.

when i conect dvd player and in tv time in input configuration set to composite 2 i can see video but cant hear sound .and when set to television i only see blue screen and when scaning blue is always same ( i think nothing changes)
