Rep:
tp-fancontrol -d stops after few minutes
tp-fancontrol -d -s 5
works fine, but stops after a while without a note. I started it with -l, to get these lines into syslog:
Code:
Jan 30 00:39:02 (none) user.notice tp-fancontrol[14385]: Starting dynamic fan control
Jan 30 00:39:02 (none) user.notice tp-fancontrol[14385]: Changing fan level: ?->0 (temps: 49 44 42 34 30 _ 25 _ 0 0 0 , _ )
Jan 30 00:40:18 (none) user.notice tp-fancontrol[14385]: Changing fan level: 0->2 (temps: 55 45 42 34 30 _ 25 _ 0 0 0 , _ )
Jan 30 00:40:31 (none) user.notice tp-fancontrol[14385]: Shutting down, switching to automatic fan control
Why comes that?
edit:
the bash output without -d seems a little more significant; so
Code:
sh-3.00# tp-fancontrol -l -s 5
0: old priority 0, new priority -10
17395: old priority 0, new priority -10
> Starting dynamic fan control
