Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Question Switching an USB Wacom Tablet

Hi there,

I recently got me a second desktop computer running Debian Sarge. Im very impressed & would like to totally get rid of my other desktop running M$-winxp. However due to software company's like Adobe & Macromedia i still cannot.

Now here is the pickle:

I got a wacom tablet, which runs perfectly on both OS's (thanks to linuxwacom.sourceforge.net). However i need it to switch between both pc's.

I considered KVM switches, but they dont seem to be compatible with it. When switched to one pc it emulates a mouse to the other (not a tablet). I didnt try it yet, but i have little hope.

Has any1 tried this be4? Or are there any hardware products i havent considered?

ThanX!
