Unhappy my Suse10 can't response to USB flash memory

hi

Im' using suse 10 and it can NOT mount the USB flash memory

any help pleeeeeeeeeeeeease

And what about the Logs?
/var/log/messages

What says:
udevmonitor
/etc/fstab
lsusb
