Surround Sound?

Is there any drivers or softwares that could create surround sound. I got a Sound Blaster Live with speakers on my Green Output (Front) and speakers on my Black Output (Rear).

In windows I am using drivers that is called Kx Project...

Surround sound will only come from an audio source that has it encoded. You will have to use alsa to copy the stereo source to multiple channels. Surround sound just make sound quality get worst though. Look up information on asoundrc.
