Question Sound Blaster Audigy Surround Sound

Hi,

I just recently installed Debian on my wife's computer. I got sound to work via alsa, but how do I get surround sound to work. She has a Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum. The sba2p has front audio inputs that I use to hook up my Gamecube or Dreamcast. Some Gamecube games has Surround Sound and the setup works under Windows XP, but my center and surround speakers are silent in Debian.

Thanks,

JT

P.S. The computer uses KDE 3.1 and XFree86 4.3.0 and the version of ALSA that comes with Knoppix.
