Hi there I posted two emails this weekend on my creative audigy 2 sound card that I can't conf. in suse 8.0. Well I tried again, I went to yast and I deleted the sound card and linux picked it up as a creative audigy but there is still no sound. If someone can just tell me what to do please, and I just want to say I'm new to Linux and I don't know all the commands and stuff, well I know some of it but not all.
anro; to resolve issues take these steps; 1st hardware check if it is supported then visually on mainboard and cables,2nd kernel modules are
correct,3rd,permission are correctly assigned, 4th configuration recheck configurations for correct choices, once every step is done and no problem
appears except where there is problem that is what needs to be corrected,
repaired,reconfigured or permission reassigned.
