Angry Sound doesn't work with KDE

Ik have a little problem with KDE.
Sound DOES work in player like totem, but also flash does produce sound.
Only kde itself cannot produce any sound, EG, at startup.

How to fix this?

I have an Soundblaster 128.

I know that, I just meant did you enable sound playing in KDE control center?

Try the wizzard under preferences in the K menu.
