Single-Bit Errors Detection

Hi,

I have a Supermicro board that supports Single-Bit Errors detection for ECC Memory I have. I want to test this feature and since both modules I own are known good, how can I make/simulate Single-Bit Errors so BIOS can detect error and log event.

Thanks

How much control do you have over memory timing? If you have very detailed control, you probably can find some timing that is too fast for perfect operation but not so fast that a large number of errors occur. With a small enough number of errors, you can expect mostly single bit errors.
