S.O.S. Setting Video Integrated !!!!

Hi to everybody,

I'm having a lot of problem when I wanna boot my computer with Mandrake Linux 10.1 as alternative S.O (I have a WINXP in another partition).

The graphics interface does not appear since I just installed it at first time. Only it started in console mode. Typing "startx", I can see some causes for this trouble.

My Mother board is a U8668-D, with sound and video integrated.

Below I add the log file:"/var/log/Xorg.0.log" for additional information.

If someone can help me with it, I will be so grateful!!!

Many Thanks

from your console work through
Code:
xorgconfig
You really shouldn't have to do this anymore with a distro like Mandrake..it should just work out of the box.
If it gets really frustrating just stick Ubuntu on instead or use a Knoppix CD for a little 'proof-to-yourself' relief.

Hi, really I don't understand what you tell me about.

Can you explain a little bit more clear?

If someone knows how I could fix this trouble, it will be apreciated!!
