Exclamation Redhat - 16GB/2xQuad Core Intel

Hello,

I am wondering if Redhat linux would support 16GB RAM and 2 Quad Core Intel Processors?

If it doesn't, could someone suggest a different linux flavor that would?

Thanks

I would stick with 64bit because of the memory and use a recent version RHel5 or newer. Centos5 is RHel5 with the logos removed (easier to download). Any of the recent RH based distros will support the multiple processors (smp). The thing to be careful about is what specific chipset is on the motherboard. Most are not an issue but some are a real bear.

Good Luck
