Receiving files from a windows PC using Bluetooth

Hello

I have two PC's that run side by side. I use my Linux Mint PC for all internet things and my Windows 7 PC for my work. I have connected the PC's using Bluetooth chips and both PC's may see each other but I am unable to transfer files between the two. I have a Galaxy Tab A6 that connects easily to the Windows PC but not the Linux.

Any clues on how to check my system please.

Either you need to "send files" in Windows to the GNU/Linux PC, or you need to browse files on the Windows machine though the Bluetooth on your GNU/Linux PC..

This is provided you can connect as you say.. and pair them.

Thanks for the reply.

I think my problem is with the set up of the Bluetooth. I'll go onto Tom's Hardware forum for some help.
