Connect a monitor to IGP, start a Linux and post output of dmesg.
One possible reason for failed video output may be a missing firmware blob for "AMD Navi 31" (RX 7900 XT). Normally dmesg output shows this. Required firmware blobs for amdgpu driven GPUs are normally located at /lib/firmware/amdgpu.

Thank you so much! This helped me to fix this issue.

With dmseg i found the error code:

Code:
[ 2.996620] [drm:amdgpu_bo_init [amdgpu]] *ERROR* Unable to set WC memtype for the aperture base
[ 2.996768] [drm:amdgpu_device_init [amdgpu]] *ERROR* sw_init of IP block <gmc_v11_0> failed -22
[ 2.996912] amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: amdgpu: amdgpu_device_ip_init failed
[ 2.996913] amdgpu 0000:03:00.0: amdgpu: Fatal error during GPU init
with this error code and a bit of using google i found out, that my BIOS version seems to had a issue with Resizeable Bar and Linux after updating the BIOS version Linux is running flawlessly.
