Pro lightning V+ (S3 Trio64V+)

So Everybody,

I'm just recieved a gpu in the mail.
Trying to install this in debian lenny.

It is:
Pro lightning V+ dual head monitor
chip: 2x S3 Trio64V+
more info:
http://stason.org/TULARC/pc/graphics...VGA-PRO-L.html

At this moment, I can use 1 port, which produces a bad image (some red interference), but my desktop is visible.

On the other hand, I try to make the second port work, but this does not work (no idea how to start)

There are some jumpers on the board (but no datasheet on internet), but I guess I need some software to. (xorg config)

Some other data:
lspci
Code:
01:07.0 VGA compatible controller: S3 Inc. 86c775/86c785 [Trio 64V2/DX or /GX] (rev 04)

S2 Trio 64?

You say it arrived in the mail. Did you get it from the museum?:-)
Ir's an _old_ chip. Back in the day of hercules monitors the S3 was the 1st ˝decent graphics card. They were available on the isa bus, which gives you an idea of the vintage. 1 or 2 mb ram

There was an X driver. Don't know what it's called s3 at a guess. I think vesa or s3 would be better driver than fb
