Nvidia X Server Settings Reporting Incorrect Speed?

I have an EVGA GT 1030, which EVGA says has a boost clock of 1544 MHz.

But somehow Nvidia X Server Settings says it has a boost clock of 1974.

Is Nvidia X Server Settings wrong? Or could it somehow be right?
