newbie to linux needs modem help please////


OK I am running Redhat 9.0
I have a US Robotics 56k Faxmodem..

I just bought A3com 56k modem

How do I get Redhat to detect them (either or)

and How do I configure the damn things to go online?

All this fun... google for winmodems and see if it's on that list. It seems most modems are made to run with doz only wonder how that happened
