Newbie needs help w/ mustek card and relisys scanner

Hello,
With the help of the different forums I have been able to get my old AMD K6/2 computer up and running with Debian and KDE. I am going to give it to my neighbors kids for them to use for school. I only have a couple of things left to do and not enough time to learn how to do them, so I am hoping someone can walk me thru them!

I need to get the scanner that I have laying around working,

I have a MUSTEK DTC-3181A SCSI CARD and a RELISYS INFINITY SCANNER.

I found several articles and man pages but I don't know enough to comprehend it all.

As I said I need help to get the scanner working because the kids go back to school now and I don't have time to learn enough to get it running on my own.

Thanks.
