Negative 12V rail question

My main box (dual boot of both windows and linux) has been crashing a lot on me. Lockups, application crashes, and spontantenous reboots. I've been struggling to diagnose what is wrong.

One thing I noticed (in the bios) was that the -12V rail was a bit off...

3.3V 3.32V
5.0V 4.96V
+12V 11.77V
-12V -13.44V

That -13.44V on the negative 12V rail seems a bit strong. Any cause for concern there?
