Need Toshiba lap Horiz/Vertical sync, refresh

Toshiba Satellite L20/ATI Radeon express 200m
Refresh too low (60hz) Ubuntu Breezy
Can find Horizontal sync of Vertical refresh info on web for this laptop. Anyone know?
The fglrx driver is working though!

L20 is a series and they appearently have all sorts of models like

I'm afraid you may have to contact one of these sites to get the specifications about your laptop. Sadly enough Toshiba did not provide that information. Post up that info once you've gotten it
