Need to Change Serial Port Settings...

Hello. I am using Fedora 10 and I need to change the defaults that get set on the serial port. I know how to do what I need to in Windows, but I can't seem to figure it out in Linux.

Windows Settings:
Bits/Second '115200'
Data Bits '8'
Parity 'None'
Stop Bits '1'
Flow Control 'None'

Receive Buffer 14 (HIGH)
Transmit Buffer 16 (HIGH)

Thank you for any help that you all can offer me.
