Question need help with my logitech webcam

i cannot get my webcam working
i have a logitech QuickCam Sphere
everytime i get an error when i try it on Xcam

i get this error message :
failed to start scanner : invalid argument

does anybody know how i can fix this thanks

What does ur dmesg say regarding the event of you plugging in the cam?
