Need help with MT7601 wireless adapter, please...

Hi all....

I went ahead and installed Lubuntu 14.04 on my desktop system as well, alongside Windows Vista. So far, most everything works nicely, however, I'm trying to get the wireless adapter for this system to work and not having much success.

Here is the adapter from lsusb...

Code:
Bus 001 Device 004: ID 148f:7601 Ralink Technology, Corp.
I followed the instructions exactly from #9 here. chili555's pretty good at this stuff so I took a crack at it. Unfortunately, when I rebooted the system, no wireless.

Could I get your help in getting this to work? Did I install the wrong driver and if so, what do I need to do?

Thanks!

In case it helps anyone, I was able to solve this by following the next set of instructions (#2) exactly in the same link above. Apparently, I used the wrong driver.

Regards...
