my system freezes and shuts down spontaneously, maybe it's my memory?
What can I do to get an idea? I add infos here to help, I have a msi x470 gaming plus max motherboard.
THANKS
Download latest version of memtest86+ and copy it to an USB stick or a CD-RW.
Boot your freezing PC with memtest86+ and let it run overnight. If memtest86+ throws erros identify the broken memory bar(s). Otherwise you can stop after three error free passes.
By the way: The nvidia GeForce GT 630 is a slow graphics card, and it is extremely slow with Linux due to nvidia's denial of FOSS support. This graphics card decreases your system performance. Replace it with a budget AMD graphics card, e.g. a Radeon RX550. This change will remove nouveau loading errors too.
I tried some times on other distros and every time it did not work if I remember, it was buggy, but I can try again.
Do you have the right driver for nvidia ?

ok I will check, btw, do you think the graphic card can make my problem?

I could have the GeForce GTX 760 , maybe better than amd rx550?
#1 I agree with the memory test advice. That, or overheating (Check fans, including the power supply fan) is most likely. Failed components ont eh MB can also do this, and certain capacitors are notorious for failing in interesting ways.
#2 It is possibly, but quite unlikely, that your video driver is the cause. IT may be making the problem worse so that they symptoms you experienced are more common. I have experienced fewer problems with the FOSS drivers than the ones from Nvidia.
#3 while unlikely to solve the problem, I agree with the advice to avoid Nvidia graphics for stability.
Nvidia makes the very best cards, for Windows (Gaming and animation..) and LMM. For normal users INTEL or AMD are better (For most Windows and ALL Linux users), as they are more reliable, have better FOSS drivers because they provided information support to the Linux developers, generally suck less power and require less support from the power supply and MB in other ways. Good models generate less heat AND allow better cooling and channeling of that heat.
IF AND ONLY IF your primary purpose IS the gaming. then you may want an Nvidia card, but one that performs better: research compatibility you MB, Power, and case before you make a purpose. Every high performance Nvidia card I have installed required modifications to the cooling fan array, case, mounting, or filtering: and that kinda sucks.
When was the last time you gave your machine a good cleaning, inside and out? A good careful cleaning might eliminate hotspots and correct airflow issues.

I really Don't need a graphic card for gaming, just regular stuff on my pc.
