MS Office Keyboard

I've got all the Keys working on the Keyboard, But the Scroll Wheel on the left is weird on doesn't seem to work no matter what I try.

I know both directions use the same keycode, and also depending on the speed you rotate it send diffrent ones.

Has anyone got this thing to work?

Well I've been searching and I've got the scancodes for the wheel, The Keycodes are all over the place and their the same ones for up and down, so scancodes it is.

Does anyone have any Idea how I can use these?
