mount floppy, and use the mouse
hello,
i am a new bie, having to problems the first is mounting the floppy disk
the second is using the mouse as scince i installed linux the mouse is working horizontally only in the graphical mode
plz, HELP

mkdir /mnt/floppy
mount /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
umount /mnt/floppy
before you try to take it out.

what error does it give
do u have a entry in ur '/etc/fstab' abt. ur floppy

THANKS it worked i don't know why wasn't it working before i was using the same command  , anyway what about my poor mouse  i tried all the kinds in mouseconfig but they didn't work the problem is that it is moving horizontally only.
