Motherboard Gigabyte ga-h61m-d2h Sound Problem


Hi I have a sound problem on Mint 12....I can't hear anything on Mic or Line-in.
Motherboard is gigabyte ga-h61m-d2h Sound-Card is Realtek ALC889. On Alsamixer everything shows...all volumes turned up. On the „Sound“ panel I can see the volume level changing, but under „choose a device for sound input“ Ive only got internal audio analog. Terminal display ….

use alsacard

Distribution?

remove all of pulseaudio.

What happens with jack?
