Exclamation modem help

which modem is better to buy ---interanl external pcmcia or usb to install without problems of driver

please help me because i can`t insatall my winmodem on mandrake 10.0 thinks

An internal "hard" modem would probably be the best (I think US Robotics makes some good ones).

Maybe a USB modem? Just try one (from a store like CompUSA that lets you returned opened devices), see if it works, and return it if it doesn't.
