Marvel Yukon Gigabit Nework issues



Hello All, Has anyone faced network Issues with Marvel Yukon (onboard) Gigabit Network adapter?

Question Marvel Yukon Issues...

I have priblems when used with Redhat EL4 . Works fine... But suddenly the computer stops communicating... Then we need to reboot to get it working...

Do you mean the Marvell Yukon GigE cards that use the sky2 module? The module has been broken forever. It'll be a miracle if they ever fix it. More details here:

This problem only applies to NIC's using the sky2 driver. sk98lin and skge do not have this problem.
