Logitech USB Speakers


Hi, I'm very new to Linux , Im using ubunto 11.01
I Have Logitech USB Speakers and they dont works
I checked the Recognized USB devices and this is the list

mounir@ubuntu:~$ lsusb

Bus 002 Device 003: ID 148f:3070 Ralink Technology, Corp. RT2870/RT3070 Wireless Adapter
Bus 002 Device 004: ID 046d:c03d Logitech, Inc. M-BT96a Pilot Optical Mouse
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 1130:1620 Tenx Technology, Inc.

The Speakers are recognized as the Tenx Technology, I checked that by Unplug/plug the speakers

So What to do ?

The linux audio system can be confusing, there are a lot of different ways it can be set up.

1st - Check the simple stuff. Is it muted in the sound app in the system tray? Open settings and check that your speakers are the default device. Are you using a video card with sound capability, it could be set as the default device? Check the BIOS, disable the motherboard sound device.

Hope one of those does it.
