Question Loading sound modules into Kernel

Hi.

I have a Dell Dimension 8250 which contains what is supposed to be a Creative SB Live! 5.1 sound card.
However, it is not that but a Dell rigged version of that card.
Anyway, when booting FC 3 it loads the sound module snd-emu10k
which is incorrect. It should be loading sndo-emu10kX.
Where do I configure this module to be loaded in place of snd-emu10k????
Thanks in advance.

Richard

PS: I am using Alsa.
