Loading Correct Kernel Modules

I am having trouble loading the correct kernel module to run my firewall.

Getting error message:
FATAL: Module config_netfilter not found.

Similar messages for the other modules.

The modules needed are:
CONFIG_NETFILTER
CONFIG_IP_NF_IPTABLES
CONFIG_IP_NF_FILTER
CONFIG_IP_NF_MATCH_STATE
CONFIG_IP_NF_TARGET_REJECT
CONFIG_IP_NF_CONNTRACK
CONFIG_IP_NF_NAT
CONFIG_IP_NF_NAT_NEEDED
CONFIG_IP_NF_TARGET_MASQUERADE

Can anyone help me find & install these modules?

I am currently running Fedora Core1 Test1, on a PII 400MHz with 128 MB ram.

not sure but Fedora Core 1 should have these modules already I think.

Anyway a good interface for your firewall as well as a network firewall utility are

guarddog

and

guidedog

these will just interface with the existing firewall functionality shipped with Fedora and give a nice GUI interface to it.

They'll need to be configured in with the kernel at your next compile

That would be fine, but how do you recompile the kernel, and how would I make sure these modules are included when I recompile?
