Limit access to web camera?

Bought casual plug&play web camera.
I'm going to use it from shell script by fswebcam.
But I don't want other applications to get access to it. (like skype)
How can I limit access to it in Ubuntu 12.4 ?

Maybe make the driver for it part of a special user and log on to that user?

I wanted to do almost the same but i dont know how.
Tried to find automount script and change privilege to /dev/video.
But all i found is: "plugdev" - a group that gives access to all plug&play usb devices, INCLUDING USB FLASH drives.
And found out that uvcvideo.ko kernel module is used for current camera.
