Unhappy iwiwifi-3945-1.ucode please help no wifi

Hi!

I am new to Linux and yesterday I manage to install Debian I think buster.

I cannot connect to wifi and it says I have missing files:

iwiwifi-3945-2.ucode

iwiwifi-3945-1.ucode

I am very confused with all the info I am reading. I can't find file those files (I find where to download one of them but it is not downloading), I read they are not free... I don't know where to start solving this problem.
