iwlwifi-3945-2.ucode firmware file req failed: -2


hi

im running debian testing, and i have a fujitsu lifebook p7230. i can't get the wireless working, and in my dmesg i see:

when i do iwconfig, i get the following, but i can't see any wireless access points or traffic through kismet:

Run down the firmware and install it in /lib/firmware. All modern drivers seem to need this stuff.
