...because the spaces are the "20" in the link. If you removed them, the link would work...be nice if you told the OP that, or posted a working link, rather than just saying the link is broken.
Because I thought Soadyheid would take care of that and I wasn't aware that removing the spaces or 20's would resolve the issue.

Ok, I missed what distribution the OP was using. I thought it might help as a general guide, giving the OP a direction to go in.
Distribution: Cinnamon Mint 20.1 (Laptop) and 20.2 (Desktop)

Sorry guys, I should have checked the link worked. Basically all I did was to go to Amazon and enter "USB Bluetooth Dongle" in the search field then post the resulting URL. I should have known better.
I note the Op STILL hasn't posted the make and model of the Laptop. ( I got fed up waiting for the answer hence the dongle solution.)
I don't mean to disagree, Shadow_7, but they might.
I'm too old to be that optimistic. Plus I recognize some of those hardware bits from a system that I had over a decade ago. It could be something newer and niche with a "modem" in 2015, but not a high probability IMO.
now plz tell my is any bluetooth adaptor inside of my laptop or not????????? thanks
you should not demand an answer here.
also, writing "plz" instead of "please" is not accepted on these forums (=textspeak).
you should make an effort to tell us what sort of hardware you have there!
judging from your graphic chip (radeon xpress 200M) it's an about 10 year old laptop.
tbh, i'm not sure myself how high the chances are that it has bluetooth.
i can understand that one would be reluctant to buy new hardware, i f there's a chance that that hardware is already present - even if it's only a few $/£/€. it's still a relevant amount of money for many people around the globe.
from your previous messages:
1) that Bluetooth references in dmesg are only related to bluetooth stack/protocol/profiles drivers that are enabled. Not related to any BT devices detection, that in case, you will see in additional lines.
2) there are several kind of BT devices, they can be connected trough i2cbus, UART, pci, minipci or plugged into usb. So you will not see a UART BT device with lsusb or lspci.
3) hciconfig/hciattach is the way to know. If there is nothing in output from those bluez tools, you don't have BT.
To confirm, buy a 5$ BT, plug it into usb, do hciconfig, and you will see it:

The forum seems to not like percent signs, which I suspect were originally in front of each "20"...
On my acer aspire there's a button for bluetooth but the hardware isn't present so I would assume that it's an option when purchasing laptop or adding it yourself.
