i got a new MoBo and enthusiastically loaded Ubuntu 7.10 amd64 on the system, i've now discovered that the sound doesn't work, the MoBo came with a CD with linux drivers on it, i went to install them but when i restarted i couldn't access a GUI because of libasound2 or something like that, lspci shows
Code:
lspci
