Installing Asus WL-100g card

I have an asus wireless card, WL-100g and have just installed Mandriva 2006. I've looked up instructions on how to install it (using ndiswrapper and all), but so far no luck. Before I spend more time figuring it out, I need to know if I'm using the right driver. I downloaded the latest one from Asus for me card, but that didn't work, and ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net says I should use Dell Truemobile 1300 driver, which I tried. But that didn't work.
I'm new to Linux, so very likely I'm just making some stupid mistake... I was just wondering if I was using the right driver, and if anyone could give me some pointers. Thanks.
