First of all, please don't hijack other threads (this one is 4 months old) but start a new one for your problems. You can ask a moderator to separate your thread so it gets the attention it deserves.
That being said, here's one possible solution. I imagine you have USB port(s) on your computer so have a look at
Unetbootin. You can download and install that for example in Windows, then download the image of Ubuntu to the same machine and next use Unetbootin to make a bootable USB stick with Ubuntu on it. Next all you'll have to do is start from that same USB stick to launch Ubuntu and install it from there on your harddisk.
