IBM X345 Dual 2.0 xeons

I just threw red hat 8.0 on this server. Man does it fly. But when I do a cat of /proc/cpuinfo it shows I have processors 0 1 2 and 3

And also when i run top it shows 0 1 2 3 as processors.

What is going on here? I am sure the machine only has two processors.

I didn't think there would be a quick answer for this one.. Do you think any damage would be done by this? Maybe a better kernal will fix?

Not that I am trying to keep up with
the processor market ... but is the
version of xeon's that's in that box
by any chance equipped with
hyper-threading? That would make
for a good enough explanation to me :)

Cheers,
Tink
