NIC Teaming w/IBM x345

Does anyone have any experience with NIC Teaming on an IBM x345 server? I'm a total newbie, and I've been thrown into the deep end of the pool right away. I'm using SuSE Enterprise Server 8. IBM says its possible, but I can't find any docs on how to do it.

Much thanks.
